Christmas without snow
Today is Christmas eve! Yeah, Christmas is here... And there is barely no snow left. A Chinook wind rolled in a few days ago, and melted most of the snow around. No worries, ski is still good though, because of high altitude in the mountains.
I am currently in Calgary, with some friends. We came up last night to spend the night in town, after a dinner at Tony Roma's and a movie at the theatre. We saw "Fun with Dick & Jane". It was really funny, we had a good time. We rented "5o First Dates" after coming out from the theatre and headed to my friend's Jason house. His housemate Nathan is home in Saskatchewan for the Holidays, coming back in a few days.
We are going to church tonight for a quick Christmas Carol service and then we should meet up with friends and spend the evening skating and partying at church (a Holy party, that is!)
Anyways, I will be posting some pictures for you all very soon. In the meantime, we need to head back to Canmore and Banff and get ready for the evening.
Merry Christmas!
Love,
Annik
