There is no stopping now. Keep moving, that's what I intend to do. Life is here and now, and this is your way of keeping track with all that's happening...

Afraid of the Yeti

I am afraid of the Yeti. I think I met him last night in an outdoor equipment store downtown Banff, while shopping with some friends... I am posting some pictures of him (eh, I think it's a her... Check for yourself!). I even think there might 2 of them... Dangerous! Haha! (What you don't see is the big spider design on the back of this jacket. I am sure my sisters, when they were younger, would have been scared to see this creature walk out on the street. They would have thought that the end of the world had arrived! Haha! :)

On a more serious note, I went to the travel clinic on Thursday to get all my shots for Morocco. Lucky me, I had most of them done previously and only had to get a few. I got one in each arm, and I'm taking the third one orally... After this, I'll be ready to take on the world! (My arms still hurt, am I a sissy?)

My colleague Yuko has received her Visa renewal and has come back to work. YEAH! Obviously, this will slow down the amount of work I have had on my plate lately and finally be able to get ahead and catch up... Good, good.

I spent the evening with some friends last night and watched "Bewitched". It's cute but not too impressive. The interesing part is that my friend Andrew Weaver picked it. For those who know Andrew, he's not usually into girly movies or non-action movies... I had a blast watching him watch the movie!

Oh well, I'm off to the dollar store and the grocery store. I know, it's fascinating! That's life in Banff. And life is good!

Hugs and kisses to everyone,

Annik
