House-sitting

Today is a beautiful day. It's sunny, and surprisingly warm for the end of October. I find myself to be very positive and happy about life, and it's a great place to be in!

My friend Nikole and I have confirmed our flights for London last night. This means that we only have to book our flight to Spain, and we are off! It's a lot of money, but I know it's going to be worth it... I'll make sure to send pictures and emails while I'm there.

I am writing from a beautiful big house in Banff, where I'm house-sitting for the day. The family left for Calgary last night and left my the house and the dog. I've been having a blast... I took the dog out for a walk (I felt like a real local) and slept in a very big and comfy King-size bed. Nice to be out of staff accom for the day...! You have to come see this place.

I was taking to my great friend Davina earlier today, and there is a good chance that she might move to Calgary soon. It would be soooo wonderful to have her around! I would love it... Davina, I miss having you around. I'll be praying you get the confirmation you want. And planning to pick you up from the airport, cause I'm sure it'll all work out!
