Whirlwind

It's been exciting here... Several good news in the past few days including several new babies!

Let's start to go down the list...

My Banff/Canmore friends Ian & Tanis had a healthy baby boy a week ago or so... His name: Corbin Michael Ihme.

My Ottawa friends & former roommate Sherry and her husband Rob have had their baby boy on Tuesday morning. His name: Jack Steven Kerr.

My hometown friend Ben, and his girlfriend, have also had a baby boy two weeks ago. His name: don't know yet... I have to call home to learn that info...

As for me, well I have started dating a handsome man by the name of Shane. He has been a good friend of mine for several months now and has recently upgraded to the title of boyfriend! :)

My mom and sister have confirmed their trip to come see me next May. I am quite excited for the next round of family visits. I love having them around to come say hi for a few days.

What else? We have celebrated some of our friends goodbye party last night. They are going to California together and then returning home to their families and next projects. I am sad to have to let them go, but I am glad to have met them and shared several months with them in Banff.

Also, a few weeks ago, I have learned that my former boss and now friend Maureen is expecting her first child with her husband. I am very glad for them and wish them a healthy child in a few months.

Well, as you can see, things have been quite good recently, with lots of changes and good news (it's a baby year - some years are wedding years, some are baby years - this one sure is a bady year!). I think the spring is affecting everybody, myself included...! As long as it stays positive, I don't see any problem with that! I love spring!
